He did his research on how to properly prep, paint and seal my antique metal tile roof and got back to me with an estimate that was half the price of another that I got for the same job. We haven't begun work on it yet, because I had to push the project off a bit but I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for work have him come give an estimate.
